This course provides the skills and knowledge for an individual to be competent in a broad range of highly developed technical tourism sales and marketing, operational or tour delivery skills. This course allows for multi-skilling incorporating retail travel, sales, operations, tour wholesaling, visitor information services and events qualifications. Individuals with this qualification may seek employment to a supervisory level in a range of fields including sales, marketing, product development, operations, retail travel, reservations, visitor information, events conferences and festivals.
