This program aims to offer alternative pathways to degree studies. On completion of the course, students are guaranteed entry to the university course, where they are given credit for eight first-year units and can enter into the second year of their corresponding degree. Economics, accounting and principles of marketing are some of the key areas covered in the course curriculum.

Students must have completed Australian equivalent of year 12. They must have an english proficiency of IELTS score of 5.5 no band less than 5; TOEFL (paper based) 525 TWE 4.0; TOEFL(computer based) 195 ER 4; TOEFL(internet based) 70 and LTU Language Centre score of 4B EFS. They must have GCE O English level of C6; GCE A general level of D7.

Students can avail of the various accomodation options offered by the the University. On-campus accomodation is in the Residential Colleges, either with or without meals, though these may have limited places available depending on the time of year. Off-campus accomodation options include Homestay - a single furnished room in an Australian family home with breakfast and dinner daily and 3 meals a day at weekends or renting an apartment or arranging for private student accommodation.
